I would give 9 ⭐ to the staffs. They were super polite & helpful. Basic amenities provided. Location wise just ok, as the hotel is surrounded with car workshops, for Muslims, need to take a few mins drive to look for food as the place is full with non halal rest. Smart tv worked well and wifi is strong.

All receptionists we met were exceptionally nice; the location is close to all major malls in JB (Paradigm, Sutera, AEON Bukit Indah); facilities were amazing - AC notably clean, and it has a smart TV we were not expecting. That and the Wi-Fi was so fast.

I not having the breakfast there. But the Shop around this Hotel got shop available having the Nice and delicious breakfast can be choose.

I like the lobby interior, very cheerful and beautiful despite its just shoplot hotel. Everything was ok, the bed, the bathroom, the location. All was great. A very good hotel for short trip to Jb

Fuss free check in and out. Front office staffs are super friendly. Very convenient to eatery and easy accessibility. Keep up guys..
